Cultivated meat

Cell agriculture techniques allow animal products, such as MEAT and LEATHER, to be grown using animal cells in a safe, sterile, and controlled environment from a small sample of cells from the animal.
The production of cultivated meat and leather does not require breeding, raising, or slaughtering animals. Instead, we grow cells from an animal in a cultivator, also known as a bioreactor. A bioreactor is a container that provides a closed, clean, temperature-controlled environment for cells to turn into meat and leather.

We isolate the
best cells
We start by taking a small sample of muscle or epithelial tissue cells, through a biopsy procedure, without animal suffering.

Our team isolates cells with the ability to produce safe, high-quality meat and leather, at scale, and without the need for recurring biopsies.

We produce our
own cell bank
Our optimized cell lines are frozen. Before freezing we characterize the cells ensuring that their genetic identity is exactly the same as the original cell taken from the animal.

We grow
the cells
To produce cultivated meat and leather on scale we use bioreactors as known as cultivators. We control the process parameters and feed the cell with the correct nutrients to grow cells in a healthy and safe way.

Maturation and
Harvesting
The cells are maturated using three-dimensional biomaterials (scaffolds) under controlled conditions. After maturation, we do the harvesting of our Tilapia Filet or a sheet of cultivated leather.
